Keeping it simple this week with a 2-ingredient recipe!
I’m not exactly a whiz in the kitchen—in fact, I’ve never met a grilled cheese sandwich I didn’t burn.
But this 2-ingredient, healthy, high-protein recipe is my new go-to, no-fail staple—and it’s giving cheesecake energy in the best way:
1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt + 1 egg (double, triple as needed)
Whisk them together, pour into a greased or lined baking dish, and bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes. I made a little video for you with a little more detail...https://youtu.be/XKM-znrILsk
Serve it warm or chilled with berries, and voilà—cheesecake-ish goodness without the sugar crash!
