For twenty years (yikes, how is that possible!) I've been either curating events or keynoting at events. I am a Wife, Mom, Lolli, and previously burnt-out nurse whose mission is to ensure people have the tools (that I didn't have) for a great quality of life.
I bring my coaching & psycho-social wellness expertise as well as energy, creativity, and real connection to every group I work with. Expect laughter, learning, and maybe even a few tears as the ah-ha moments unfold.
